Below you can add all your subscriptions to get a clear overview of them.

If you want these subscriptions noted in your Reports, click the button below and create a monthly subscription expense with the name of the relevant service. I have created an example of how to record ChatGPT and Canva under Expenses — this way, your expenses will automatically be included in your annual reports. If it doesn't matter to you, just leave the numbers here.

To add new categories to your subscription database, here's how to do it:

• Click in the category field in your subscription table
• A dropdown menu will appear showing existing categories
• To add a new category, simply start typing the name of your new category
• Press Enter (↲) when done to create the new category

If you ever need to remove a category:

• Click on the category you want to delete
• Click the ••• menu
• Select "delete"

This organization will help you better track your subscriptions and assess whether they are necessary, as it can be quite expensive to lose track of unused subscriptions
